The Lodge offers a versatile commercial kitchen and dining area, making it an ideal space for both meetings and dining experiences, designed with flexibility and comfort in mind.

Our spacious eating area features 10 collapsible tables and 80 stackable chairs, making it easy to customize the setup for any occasion. With a recommended capacity of 50 for sit-down meals, it’s perfect for gatherings of all kinds!

Access to the Lodge is convenient, with a ramp and walkway leading to the main entrance, along with a rear entrance and a side entrance that opens directly into the kitchen equipped with a loading deck.

Our fully stocked kitchen boasts a commercial setup including a stove with 6 burners, 2 ovens, a flat top grill, and a salamander (broiler). Complementing these are a commercial dishwasher, multiple sinks, a microwave, a proofer (warmer), a chest freezer, a walk-in refrigerator, and an ice machine. The pantry provides ample storage for dry goods and supplies, and we offer all necessary plates, utensils, and cookware for both cooking and serving.

For staff convenience, there is a dedicated bathroom in the back room, equipped with a toilet and sink. The building features heating for cooler months, along with running water available year-round, though please note there is no air conditioning.

While the Lodge is the furthest building from the parking lot, guests can arrange with the ranger for easy loading and unloading of food and supplies. Whether you’re hosting a meeting or a meal, the Lodge is a fantastic option for your event!
